1) “I Can Haz Cheezeburger” Cats
Horrible spelling and grammar aside, (and that’s extremely difficult for me to ignore) what’s the use for the captions in the first place? This picture would be downright adorable if not for the captions. Come on people, less is more.
This one actually tried to do something clever, by using the word “proportional” which actually is above 5th grade level vocabulary, it could have been quite amusing.
Honorable mention: This one had the audacity to implement two different memes into one godforsaken picture.
2) _______ is _______
Successful = adjective.
Adjective = A word or phrase naming an attribute, added to or grammatically related to a noun to modify or describe it.
“Kid” is the noun, “success” isn’t technically an adjective, but since this kid has success, (he possesses success), that makes any additional variation of the word “success” redundant. But since when are memes ever grammatically sound?3) The Use of the Word “Fail” (especially when preceded by “epic”)
I get it. These pictures are funny. And these participants do indeed tend to fail at… what? Life? How can you fail at life? Even suicide isn’t failing, it’s quitting. There’s no such thing as failing at life.
Honorable mention: Nothing is “full of win.” That makes no fucking sense.
